Effective date: 1 July 2026
Pilot version — DRAFTVispora is operated by Mini Minds Child & Adolescent Health Pty Ltd (ABN 44 646 775 724) ("we", "us", "our"). We are the entity responsible for personal information handled through the Vispora pilot under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Privacy contact: dan@vispora.com.au
Postal address: Suite 5, 163 Canning Highway, East Fremantle WA 6158
This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Vispora website and the pilot platform, how we use and protect it, and your rights. It applies to pilot clinicians and to anyone who contacts us or joins our waitlist through the website.
During the pilot, we collect only what we need to run the trial:
We do not collect precise location, your contacts, microphone or camera data, or advertising identifiers.
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run Vispora. They only handle the information needed to provide their service:
| Provider | Purpose | Where hosted |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Secure hosting of the platform and its data | Sydney, Australia |
| Vercel | Website hosting, delivery and privacy-friendly analytics | United States / global edge |
| Kinde | Clinician login / authentication | United States |
| Microsoft 365 | Sending platform emails | Microsoft cloud |
| Formspree | Handling website waitlist submissions | United States |
Some of these providers (Kinde, Formspree and Vercel) process limited information — such as a login or a waitlist email address — on servers outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled appropriately when this happens.
Platform data is hosted in Australia (AWS, Sydney region). As noted above, a limited amount of information is processed overseas by our authentication, waitlist and website-hosting providers.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, including encryption of stored data (AES-256), encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS), regular encrypted backups, restricted access to production systems, and audit logging of access changes.
You may ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. To do so, or to ask a question about this policy, contact us at dan@vispora.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.
We keep pilot information for as long as needed to run the pilot. If you continue on to a full version of Vispora, your account information carries over to that version. If you do not continue, we delete or de-identify your pilot information within a reasonable period after the pilot ends, unless we are required to keep it by law.
If you are concerned about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
We may update this policy as the pilot evolves. The effective date at the top shows when it was last updated.
