Terms of Service

Vispora pilot · operated by Mini Minds Child & Adolescent Health Pty Ltd (ABN 44 646 775 724)

Effective date: 1 July 2026

Pilot version — DRAFT
About this version. These terms apply to the current Vispora pilot — a free, invitation-only trial for a small number of clinicians evaluating Vispora's in-clinic activities and familiarising themselves with the platform. They will be replaced by full commercial terms before any paid or wider release.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you (a "pilot clinician") and Mini Minds Child & Adolescent Health Pty Ltd (ABN 44 646 775 724), which operates the Vispora platform ("Vispora", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the pilot, you agree to these Terms.

2. The pilot

3. Who can take part

The pilot is available to invited, appropriately registered health practitioners. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Vispora is consistent with your professional, ethical and legal obligations.

4. Vispora supports — it does not replace — your clinical judgment

Vispora is a support tool that augments clinical judgment; it never replaces it. Vispora does not provide clinical advice or make clinical decisions. You remain solely and professionally responsible for all clinical decisions, assessments and care you provide. Nothing in the platform should be relied on as a substitute for your professional judgment.

5. Acceptable use

6. Intellectual property

All content, activities, materials, designs and software that make up Vispora are owned by Mini Minds Child & Adolescent Health Pty Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for the purpose of the pilot only. You must not copy, distribute, publish or create derivative works from Vispora content without our written permission.

7. Feedback

We welcome your feedback. If you give us feedback, ideas or suggestions about Vispora, you agree we may use them to improve the product without any obligation to you.

8. Confidentiality

The pilot may give you access to non-public materials and features. Please keep these confidential and do not share them outside your practice without our permission.

9. Warranties and liability

The pilot is provided without warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Certain rights and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded; nothing in these Terms limits those non-excludable rights. Subject to that, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the pilot.

10. Ending your access

You may stop using the pilot at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we end the pilot. On termination, the licence in clause 6 ends.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
